Financial Controller

Place of work: Warszawa-Okęcie

Responsibilities

actively participate in closing, reporting, budgeting activities or other financial processes,
ensure compliance in all the financial activities (internal controls) and assess Risks and Opportunities of our operations,
prepare ad-hoc financial analysis,
business partnering with the different functions (engineering, programme, production) and closely cooperating with other financial departments,
constantly look for optimization and automation leading to improvement of efficiency in areas of responsibility,
participation in a Financial Systems migration project at company level.

Requirements

University Degree Administration/Economics (or comparable) with a major in Finance, Controlling and/or Accounting,
practical working experience (1+ year) in Finance or Controlling,
excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel) or appetite to systems,
critical spirit and challenge the status-quo,
willingness to learn everyday and open mindedness,
fluent in English and Polish, Spanish would be a plus.
