 Key Account Manager (Airbus Helicopters) 

 

Work location: Warszawa Okęcie

What will be your tasks?
  • building and maintaining relationships with governmental-military organisations, promoting products or services, and facilitating sales to meet the needs of military clients and other related
  • development of business opportunities in Ukraine
  • advise internal Airbus Helicopters teams on how to align projects with national strategies, policies, and priorities
  • ensure compliance with all regulations related to government-military sales and contracts
  • represent Airbus Helicopters organization at industry events, conferences, and government meetings related to aerospace and aviation innovation
  • identify new sales opportunities within local military organizations and bases
  • present, promote, and sell products or services tailored to the needs of governmental- military customers
  • work closely with product teams to understand the specific requirements of military clients and ensure product offerings meet these needs

 

What do you need to be effective in your new role?
  • higher education in business, marketing or engineering,
  • at least 3 years of experience in sales and 5 years in the aviation and/or military industry,
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in English (knowledge of Ukrainian would be an asset)
  • excellent negotiation skills
  • CRM Proficiency (e.g. Salesforce)
  • ability to analyze sales data, market trends and customer feedback
  • customer-centric approach
  • ability to adjust quickly to market changes and work well under pressure
  • ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, market analysis and sales forecasting
  • understanding budgets, managing costs, and monitoring profitability indicators
  • ability to collaborate across different teams
