Poland External Affairs Manager

Scope of Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support Airbus Group operations in Poland by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with key clients to advance Airbus’s strategic interests in Poland,

  • Coordinating the company's official representation at various levels,

  • Monitoring, facilitating, promoting, and bringing to completion activities related to Airbus's presence and operations in the country,

  • Conducting political and economic analysis, and preparing reports on relevant trends and developments,

  • Coordinating and implementing the company’s business development strategy in the Polish market,

  • Managing and maintaining relevant databases, including those related to SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) and CDR (Carbon Dioxide Removal),

  • Ensuring effective cooperation and coordination across all internal departments, external clients, and strategic partners.


Required Qualifications and Competencies
  • A university degree (preferably in a relevant field),

  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in the aerospace or aviation industry,

  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German and/or French will be considered an advantage,

  • A high level of personal commitment and responsibility for the effective management of assigned areas,

  • Previous experience working in an international environment or abroad.
